Integrated Maps

Objectives of this project include developing an integrated genetic and physical map of Chinese chestnut and identifying BAC contigs in regions of the major QTLs for resistance to Cryphonectria parasitica for post-project sequencing to be proposed to JGI.

This is slated to begin in the third quarter of 2008. As information and data are released, this page will be updated.
