Nearly 380 million bases have been sequenced with pyrosequencing technology (Roche 454) at an average read length of 230 bp yielding over 120K contigs, 21K of which are considered large (>700 bp). Another 10K of cDNA sequences have been completed on a traditional Sanger platform.
